David Oyetokunbo Oyelowo OBE (/oʊˈjɛləwoʊ/ oh-YEL-ə-woh; born 1 April 1976) is an English–American actor and producer. His highest-profile role to date was as Martin Luther King Jr. in the 2014 biographical drama film Selma.
